Hanjin Extends Service to XICT

[25 September 2002 – Hong Kong] – Hanjin Shipping Company Limited extended its Europe service (PDS westbound) to Xiamen with the inaugural call of the 5,752-TEU vessel “M.V. Hanjin Geneva” at Xiamen International Container Terminals (XICT) on 25 September 2002.

12 vessels are deployed, ranging from 5,302 to 5,752 TEU in capacity, in the PDS westbound service. The vessels call at XICT every Wednesday night and leave in the following morning. The port rotation is Xiamen, Hong Kong, Port Klang, Colombo, Suez Canal, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe, Rotterdam, La Havre, Singapore, Yantian, Hong Kong, Osaka, Tokyo, Long Beach, Oakland, Tokyo, Osaka and Busan.
